These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Until ("the App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
1.1 Until is designed to help users track important events and manage associated tasks, enhancing life's special moments.
2.1 Your use of the App signifies your acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the App.
3.1 Users of all ages are welcome; however, all users must comply with these Terms and conduct themselves responsibly within the App.
4.1 To access certain features, you must create an account via Sign In with Apple. You may choose to share your email or keep it private.
5.1 We do not collect or store personal data beyond the events, dates, and tasks you input. No separate privacy policy is necessary due to limited data collection.
6.1 The App allows free tracking for up to three events. Beyond this, users may subscribe to a monthly plan (first 3 days free) or a yearly plan (first 7 days free). Subscription fees vary by geographic location.
7.1 All content, design, logos, trademarks, and features of Until are the exclusive property of our company and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.
8.1 Until is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the App.
